David began his legal journey at Moran Elder Law in 2016 as a paralegal, gaining extensive hands-on experience with elder abuse and neglect cases. Working closely alongside respected attorneys Mike Moran and Lisa Flint, he quickly absorbed invaluable insights and developed a profound dedication to advocating for vulnerable seniors and their families. His passion for elder justice inspired him to attend law school, where he deepened his commitment to protecting seniors from exploitation and abuse.
As an associate attorney at Moran Elder Law, David diligently applies his strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and compassionate advocacy to each case. He is unwavering in his dedication to empowering seniors, ensuring their rights are upheld, and holding perpetrators of elder abuse accountable. David’s primary motivation is providing seniors and their families with dignity, justice, and peace of mind.
Originally from Orange County, David graduated from Mater Dei High School, where he helped lead the varsity basketball team to two state championships. He continued his basketball career at UCLA from 2011 to 2015, contributing to two NCAA Sweet 16 appearances and earning both a PAC-12 regular season and tournament title. David continues to embody the teamwork, discipline, and perseverance from his athletic career in his ongoing efforts to defend and uplift seniors in his community.
