Mr. Schwartz began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of International Trade, which has national jurisdiction over civil actions involving international trade and customs laws of the U.S. He then spent the next three years protecting the rights of injured workers and their spouses that were exposed to asbestos. His interest in assisting those that need help the most, society’s elderly, brought him to a career in Elder Law.

Mr. Damon Schwartz received his Juris Doctor Degree from Pace Law School in New York. He earned his Master’s Degree from the California State University at Fullerton and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice in California and New York.
