Casey Everett Mitchnick began his legal career as an active litigator representing insurance companies in cases involving premise liability, construction defect, and catastrophic injuries. He then spent the next three years advocating for clients involving personal injury. His interest in assisting vulnerable and often unrepresented claimants brought him to a career in Elder Law.
After his first trial, Mr. Mitchnick obtained a ten million dollar jury verdict in Orange County proving allegations of fraud and professional malpractice brought on behalf of the former Treasurer of Newport Beach.
Mr. Mitchnick received his Juris Doctor Degree from Whittier College School of Law, and he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Riverside. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
