Alexander H. Feldman joined the firm as an associate in January of 2012, shortly after being admitted to the State Bar of California.

Alexander H. Feldman joined the firm as an associate in January of 2012, shortly after being admitted to the State Bar of California, and has worked tirelessly ever since on behalf of victims of elder neglect and their families.

Mr. Feldman was first drawn to the legal profession so that he could protect the rights of society’s most vulnerable members. A career in Elder Law brought his mission to fruition, as the elderly are acutely susceptible to abuse and neglect.

Mr. Feldman’s appellate experience in the area of Elder Abuse includes the published decision of Daniels v. Sunrise Senior Living, Inc., (2013) 212 Cal.App.4th 674, where the California Court of Appeals upheld the Trial Court’s decision that Daniels, a non-signatory Wrongful Death plaintiff, was not bound by an Arbitration Agreement between the decedent and Defendant facility, when the Wrongful Death Claim is brought against a residential health care facility, a non-licensed healthcare provider.

During his tenure with Moran Law, Mr. Feldman has achieved several seven figure settlements in addition to jury verdicts and an arbitration award on his clients’ behalf.

Mr. Feldman received his Juris Doctor Degree from Chapman University’s School of Law. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University. Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
