Michael F. Moran

Michael F. Moran devotes his entire practice to the representation of victims of elder abuse and nursing home litigation. Mr. Moran has significant trial experience, having tried over 100 jury trials to verdict. He has over twenty-five years of experience as an attorney, including extensive experience as a civil defense trial attorney. He has also worked in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.  In addition, Mr. Moran has obtained significant verdicts and arbitration awards for numerous elderly victims of abuse and neglect throughout the State of California and Settlements in excess of a million dollars and is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Moran is actively involved with the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) in an effort to preserve and protect the rights of victims of elder abuse. He has served as a speaker on Elder Abuse issues for various community and professional organizations throughout the State of California, and is a guest speaker on KRLA 870 regarding elder abuse.

Mr. Moran has attained the highest possible rating of “AV” by Martindale Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, for preeminent legal ability and ethics.

Mr. Moran holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Lisa Trinh Flint

Lisa Trinh Flint joined the firm as a Law Clerk in 2003 and became an associate with the firm in 2006 following her admission to the State Bar of California. Ms. Flint works closely with Mr. Moran in prosecuting Elder Abuse cases. She has second chaired in over 10 Jury Trials and Binding Arbitrations and obtained Judgments and Arbitration Awards for clients, and participated in over 30 Mediations resulting in successful outcomes for clients. 

Ms. Flint’s appellate experience in the area of Elder Abuse includes the published decision of Warfield v. Summerville (2007) 158 Cal.App.4th 443, where the California Court of Appeals held that a signatory’s spousal status alone cannot bind his or her non-signatory spouse to arbitrate claims against a residential health care facility. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Flint served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia; Law Clerk to the Hon. Nho Trong Nguyen of the Orange County Superior Court; and Law Clerk in the California Attorney General’s Office and Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Flint received her Juris Doctor Degree from Whittier College School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Whittier Law Review and published an article in the Whittier Law Journal entitled “Newdow v. U.S. Congress: One Nation Indivisible”. Ms. Flint attained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Flint is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Flint is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Asian American Bar Association, Vietnamese American Bar Association, National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA), and California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR). Ms. Flint is conversant in Vietnamese.

Eric Bradley

Mr. Bradley received his B.A. degrees in Political Science and Economics from California State University Long Beach in 1995, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2001. While in law school, he served as a legal research instructor for first year law students.

Mr. Bradley began his legal career doing insurance defense with an emphasis in medical malpractice and then turned his focus to representing elders who have been victims of Elder Abuse. Mr. Bradley's background in medical malpractice gives him a detailed understanding of the clinical issues that may arise in elder abuse cases, including, but not limited to: aspiration pneumonia, pressure sores, falls/fractures and overdose of psychotropic medication.

Mr. Bradley's defense background also gives him an intimate understanding of the strategies and tactics used by defense attorneys to defend elder abuse claims. As a former defense attorney, he has unique experience level on how to evaluate plaintiff's cases.  Mr. Bradley focuses on representing plaintiffs against medical providers, including skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities for the elderly, assisted living facilities, acute care facilities and hospitals. Mr. Bradley has had success both inside and outside the courtroom, in representing his clients and bringing them outstanding results.

Mr. Bradley is admitted to all California courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Bradley is currently a member of the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) and Consumers Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
